✓ Changing a picture here takes effect on the website straight away — nothing gets rebuilt and nothing gets restarted. Every picture you replace is kept, so you can always put the old one back.
How this page works
Each picture below has its own fixed address on the website. Changing one swaps the picture at that address — the pages themselves are never edited, which is why it happens instantly.
Pick a picture and you'll see it on a mock-up of the real page before you commit to it.
Put the old one back undoes your last change to that picture. Anything older is under Earlier pictures.
JPEG, PNG, WebP and GIF only, up to 1 MB for an upload from your own computer. SVG files are refused on purpose — they can hide code inside them.
Pictures already on the site have no size limit of their own — "Use one already on the site" can take anything up to 8 MB.
Photos from a phone often record where they were taken. We strip that out automatically before the picture goes anywhere near the website.
If a change doesn't seem to show up, reload the page with Ctrl+Shift+R — your browser may still be holding the old picture.
Green means it's running normally. If something looks stopped, press Restart and wait about 30 seconds.
✓ These are people who signed in with Discord to play. We keep as little as possible about them: their Discord name and picture, the name they picked, and when they last played — plus, for anyone who is in the WAN Show Bingo Discord, the day they joined that server, their nickname in it, and their roles in it (that's how we spot staff). We never record how old someone's Discord account is. No email addresses, ever.

Banning vs deleting
Ban signs someone out everywhere straight away and stops them signing back in. You can undo it at any time.
Delete erases their account completely — their name, their cards and their wins. This cannot be undone, and nothing stops them signing up again afterwards.
Use Ban for troublemakers. Use Delete when someone asks you to remove their information.
What “Member since” means
It is how long someone has been part of our Discord server — nothing to do with how old their Discord account is. We don't record that.
· Discord means we found them in the WAN Show Bingo server, and that is the month they joined it.
· site means they aren't in the server, so we show the month they first signed in here instead. Those players get a friendly invite to join.
We check again each time someone signs in, at most once every few hours. If Discord is having a bad day we simply keep what we already had — nobody is ever blocked from signing in.
Discord staff and Discord admin badges come from their roles in our server. Ask your developer if you want different roles to count.
